You guys, I know it’s so hard to stay positive and think happy thoughts, but if you really try your hardest, things start to seem a little better.
I know, I know, I know it’s difficult to put a brave face on.
But there is no need to feel any more sorry for ourselves.
We can’t let this take over our lives.
Take control, smile.
Promise me you’ll try.
It makes you feel better, even if it’s for a little while.
I was doing so well with my psoriasis, I had a positive attitude and hope that it would get clear in the next couple of weeks (since it would be my 7th week I have been doing light box). Instead, I got burnt on my arms, back of my legs, and upper back. I literally closed my eyes for a minute hoping that it wasn’t true. ): This has been my 3rd time getting burnt and still keep doing it haha. Well, finals are this week and I am going to try to keep my stress down to not cause a flare up.
I hope things are going well for all of you, as always feel free to contact me about anything. I would love to talk :)
Have a great week!
@1 month ago with 2 notesThe Dead Sea April 2011 If you have psoriasis or vitiligo this is the place you need to go for three weeks. It is an amazing place. You really can’t sink it is true.

This is interesting, but I think it varies from each person.
